By accessing or using GoFandex (“the Site”), users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Role of GoFandex (Platform Only)

GoFandex is a neutral online platform that allows users to post listings for goods and services.

• GoFandex does not own, sell, verify, inspect, or guarantee any listings
• GoFandex is not a party to any transaction between users
• Any agreement is strictly between buyers and sellers

Users acknowledge that GoFandex has no control over the accuracy, legality, quality, or safety of listings

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of all content they post
• Legality of items or services listed
• Ensuring they have the right to sell what they post
• All communications and transactions with other users
• Any taxes, fees, or legal obligations arising from sales

Users agree that they use the platform at their own risk.

4. No Guarantees or Endorsements

GoFandex does not:

• Endorse any user, listing, or product
• Guarantee availability, quality, safety, or legality
• Verify identity or background of users
• Guarantee successful transactions or payments

Any reliance on listings is strictly at the user’s own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GoFandex is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, fraud, or dispute arising from use of the Site
• GoFandex is not responsible for user interactions, transactions, or agreements
• GoFandex shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Users agree that GoFandex’s total liability is zero or the minimum required by law.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt scams or impersonation
• Upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission
• Use the platform for unlawful activity

GoFandex reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

7. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content but grant GoFandex a:

• Non-exclusive
• Worldwide
• Royalty-free
• License to display, distribute, and promote listings on the platform

8. Reporting & Removal

GoFandex may, but is not obligated to:

• Monitor listings
• Investigate complaints
• Remove content that violates these Terms

Decisions regarding removal are at GoFandex’s sole discretion.

9. Third-Party Interaction

Any interaction between users is strictly between those parties.

GoFandex is not responsible for:

• Disputes
• Payments
• Deliveries
• Quality of goods/services

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoFandex, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

• Their use of the platform
• Their listings or content
• Their transactions or disputes

11. Termination

GoFandex may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for violations or misuse.

12. Changes to Terms

GoFandex may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction (you can specify: Ontario, Canada if you want consistency).
