GoFandex FAQs

GoFandex combines three unique promotional platforms designed to help individuals, businesses, organizations, creators, and event organizers connect with audiences in different ways.

To post a classified advertisement on GoFandex, you’ll first need to create a GoFandex account or log in if you’re already a Pro Directory member.

Once you’re signed in, you’ll be taken to the GoFandex Hub, where you’ll see three dashboard panels:

  • My Pro Directory
  • My Classifieds
  • My Event Dates

Select My Classifieds, then open the Create a Classified Listing accordion to create your listing.

Complete the submission form by entering your listing details and adding any images, audio, video, or other supported media. When you’re finished, submit your listing.

At this stage, your listing remains private and visible only to you while you review and edit it.

The Create a Classified Listing form is used only once to create your listing. After it has been created, you can make changes at any time by opening the Edit Classified Listings accordion. This allows you to update your listing as often as needed before publishing.

When you’re satisfied that everything is ready, submit your listing for its one-time approval by the GoFandex Clearing Desk. Once approved, your classified advertisement will become publicly searchable on GoFandex.

Classified Listings are available with the following membership plans:

  • 🎟️ Red Carpet – 3 Months – $39
  • 🎟️ Front Row – 6 Months – $70
  • 🎟️ Balcony Seat – 12 Months – $99

GoFandex is a community-driven promotional platform that combines a Free Pro Directory, a Feature-Rich Classifieds Platform, and an EventFlow™ Calendar & Directory into one unified promotional ecosystem designed to help users gain visibility, connect with audiences, and promote their activities.

A Fandex Handle is the unique name used to identify the Free Pro Directory listing within the GoFandex ecosystem. A Fandex Handle may represent a business, organization, professional, creator, band, service provider, or individual. It serves as your searchable identity within the GoFandex Free Pro Directory.

Joining GoFandex is easy. Simply select the platform that best suits your needs, complete the submission form, and submit your information for review. Once approved, your listing, classified, or event will be published within the GoFandex network.

The Free Pro Directory is a searchable database designed to help visitors discover businesses, professionals, organizations, creators, service providers, and community groups. It provides a simple yet effective online presence and contact point for members.

Yes. The GoFandex Free Pro Directory is available at no cost and allows businesses, professionals, creators, organizations, and service providers to establish a searchable online presence within the GoFandex community.

GoFandex Classifieds is a feature-rich promotional platform that allows users to showcase products, services, announcements, media content, opportunities, and promotional campaigns using a variety of multimedia tools including Hero image and image gallery, audio, video, content descriptions, external links and e-commece gateway links as well.

EventFlow™ is GoFandex’s Event Calendar and Directory platform. It combines searchable event listings with a visual monthly calendar to help organizers promote upcoming events, attractions, festivals, concerts, motorsports, fundraisers, trade shows, and community activities.

To submit an event, select the EventFlow™ submission option, complete the event registration form, provide your event details, and submit your listing. If this is your first time posting a Classified or EventFlow™ Directory Calendar a one time on-boarding approval is required. Once approved, your event will appear within the EventFlow™ Directory and Calendar.

Posting a GoFandex Classified is simple. Select the Classifieds submission option and begin creating your listing by adding your text, images, talking audio, streaming video, Menu Builder content, and other available features.

Take your time to build, review, and refine your listing until you’re completely satisfied with the final result. Once you’re ready, submit your completed listing for a one-time onboarding review. After approval and confirmation of your selected membership plan, your Classified will be published and become searchable throughout the GoFandex platform. From then on, you can update and manage your listing at any time—no additional approval required.

All first time Sign-Up submissions are reviewed before publication. This is a one-time only review process GoFandes does to help maintain quality standards and ensures that listings, classifieds, and events comply with GoFandex guidelines before appearing publicly.

GoFandex currently accepts payment through Interac e-Transfer and PayPal. Payment instructions are provided during the submission process for applicable premium services.

Yes. Listing owners once approved are granted full access to their GoFandex pages for updates and editing of their Event and Classified content including the hero and gallery images, video stream, voice over, menu build and pricing, button links including ecommerce, website and/or social links.

Can I edit my listing after it has been published?
Yes. Once your submission is approved and published, you can log in to your GoFandex Dashboard and update your content as needed.

Yes. Optional features such as Contact Forms, Image Galleries, Talking Audio Classifieds, Streaming YouTube Videos, Hyperlink Buttons, and other content elements can be shown or hidden at your discretion.

No. The Free Pro Directory allows you to establish your presence on GoFandex at no cost. Additional premium features are available through GoFandex Classifieds and EventFlow™.

Submissions may be reviewed to ensure compliance with GoFandex guidelines and quality standards. Once approved, your content becomes publicly available and can be managed through your dashboard.
